Fudge Froggies
1lb. Semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups sugar
1Cup butter, cut into pieces 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup strong brewed coffee
4 large eggs, room temperature 1C walnuts
Melt together chocolate, butter and coffee. With electric mixer,beat eggs and sugar until light. Slowly add chocolate mixture. With a spoon, stir in flour and walnuts.
Preheat oven to 375. Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil.
Generously butter foil. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or untiljust set around edges. Cool
on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Cover pan with foil and
refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
To serve, remove top foil, invert pan onto cutting board,
remove bottom foil and cut into bars. ENJOY!!!
